That's the view from the upper edge od double arch, arches national park, utah. the hall of double arch is south-east. you can have a look through the smaller opening (to north-west), from where this picture was taken.

This is the 3rd highest concrete Arch dam in the world and will crate the Deriner Reservoir allowing the production of electric energy with the waters of the Curuh River.
