A stunning skeleton of an extinct Deer (Elk?) in the "Creatures of the Past" exhibit in the West Wing of the Kelvingrove Museum. I was stunned by the size of it.

Ladram Bay is a spectacular part of the Jurassic Coast. The red sandstone cliffs and seastacks indicate that the area was, in the distant past, a desert. The cliffs are a popular location for fossil hunters.
