I allready have shot several times Geneva's cathedral, with different Nikon bodies over the time, so, now that I have bought a D800, I wanted to see if I could get better results with its 36 megapixels...

This was shot from the front entrance (parvis) or Saint-Peter Cathedral in Geneva. The houses and people on the other side of the "Place St.-Peter are about 300 feet away !

This old "bistro" is considered by may as the "center" point of Geneva's old town ! It has a very large terrace, open all year round, where tourists and people from Geneva like to go for a drink.
