糧船灣洲內一個熱門遊船河的沙灘，灘後有小幅草地可作營地，由於有財團到白腊灣開發，使得整個白腊村及沙灘變得面目全非，昔日風光不再；白腊灣沙灘風景怡人，但每逢夏季假日遊人者眾 ；沙灘石頭較多，露營人事務必留意。
