云南丽江的牦牛坪最高点海拨4000米，相信不少人去过，也拍过普通照片，这一张是日出时拍的，拍这张照片的时候，时间太早，开缆车的工作人员还没有上班，所以很自豪地这是走了几公里山路爬上来拍的，相信能在牦牛坪拍到日出的朋友不多，也希望这是第一张牦牛坪的日出全景照片（本照片拍摄地点海拨约3600多米）。

丽江的海拨比较高，不大适合激烈运动，一般人到丽江的牦牛坪大多是坐缆车上去的，为了看日出，我们走了几公里的山路，因为要到天亮以后，缆车站的人们才开始上班，只好摸黑从停车场开始往上爬，往返大概走了八九公里，非常累人，体力消耗也很大，有会机去试一下的话，一定要带够足够的饮水和食物，另外就是海拨比较高，保暖也是很重要的。
