到咸田，發現那度地標小橋已被鋪上新的木板，橋面闊落平直，易走得多，但仍不失那小橋淺溪味道。我們走上咸田灣那條著名的破舊小木橋時，感到有點搖擺不定，這個小插曲亦可為今次的行山加添了一點小情趣。

香港的世外桃源大浪西灣位處西貢半島東面，由四個海灘（西灣、鹹田、大灣、東灣）組成，波瀾壯闊，因四季強風巨浪不絕，故名「大浪灣」，其中又以最長的大灣和鹹田灣最為聞名。大浪灣水清沙幼，群山環抱，海天相連，林木蔥蔥，被喻為「西貢半島的明珠」，也不為過。而一尖四灣（一尖指蚺蛇尖）更是香港四大奇景之一。由於遠離人煙，大浪灣得以保持其獨特的自然風貌，是香港難得的世外桃源。
