Pat Bowlen, the owner of the Denver Broncos Commisioned this sculpture by an Italian artist. It cost several million dollars (not sure exactly how much). "It's good to be the king!"

South end zone one the track that surrounds the football field looking North. This new stadium is impressive! This is probably the only I will get to be in here. I can't afford to take my family to a game.

This is to the North of Confluence Park. Footbridge over the Platte River. A lot of lines in this one. It drove me and my computer stitching program a little crazy.

This is where Cherry Creek and the South Platte rivers merge and continue a Northern course. Kiakers paradise in the spring runoff there is an REI sporting goods store just to the south where you can try out some kiaks.
