Because it is a new museum made only in 1995, the building is very refined, crisp and clean. It seems to center on the art after the war, and to aim at the spread and the promotion of a suitable modern art for Tokyo.

This is Shinjuku Central Park where the snow piles up. Here and there in a wide park, various objects have been placed. The theme of these objecst is KIZUNA. The word KIZUNA means the relation with the person.
