This panorama was taken on a large rocky slope behind Kashima Shrine in Takasago, Hyogo Pref., Japan.Hyakken Iwa means, literally translated, "600 ft. rock".As the name suggests, the slope really is 600 ft. long.

This was taken at a parking lot at Taos Ski Valley in October, 2010. The trees had already started to change. There was snow on the higher peaks and there were some flurries moving through the area.
