Julian's Bower is a unicursal turf maze in the village of Alkborough on the hill top overlooking Trent Falls. It is thought to have been cut by monks in the 12th century.

This aerial panorama was taken on the top of a 15m (50ft) mast. The mast and guy ropes were then removed from the image to produce this "birds-eye" view of the pub and surrounding area.
