This well, close to the church, dates from 1543 and was very modern in it's days. It was filled with rainwater, coming from the roof of the church.

Veere, near the yacht club; in summertime the harbour of Veere is a busy place. From the harbour you can see the historic streets of Veere, the town hall, Schotse huizen, the large church, the Campveerse Tower and more.
