Hamamatsu flower park was opened in 1970 and has 300,000 square meters. The park was founded by Hamamatsu city. The tulip flowers are in full bloom even in cold wind in February.

On 8th Feb. 2014, heavy snow hit Kanto erea in Japan. The snowfall in Tokyo is the heaviest since 1994. Many transportation systems were affected, but children were enjoying to play with snow.
