These are locks 87-90 of the Black River Canal. It was a feeder canal to the Erie Canal and it was in use as late as 1920.

This is an old 1 bedroom old HDB located at York Hill, near Outram. It is a lot merrier back then in the 70s.You be able to see a lot of older people staying there too.
