碧綠大坍方，這個峭壁叫「愚公峭壁」，是蔣經國先生命名，因 為這個地方是一個非常艱困的工程，但是終於用一種毅力、一種克難 精神，不管傷亡多少，就去做、終於做通了，所以，命名為「愚公峭 壁」。
