In Via della Spiga there are many fashion shops: the 360 Photo presents one boutique of Dolce & Gabbana, one of the Italian top designers. Via della Spiga is a discrete and elegant pedestrian street and is connected to more known Via Montenapoleone. Both are part of the famous Italian Fashion District, the so called "Quadrilatero della Moda". This area is the elegant heart of Milan with shops of top Italian and international designers together with many aristocratic palaces.
Italy’s and perhaps the world’s capital of fashion and design, Milano is home to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, which is possibly the world’s oldest shopping mall. The city is currently undergoing an architectural renaissance, which will culminate in a new skyline for the Expo 2015, which will be hosted in Milano. Visitors can take advantage of an extensive public transportation system, which includes metro, buses, trolleys and trams.
