The Milan Furnutire Fair is one of the most important events of its kind in the world. Besides the "formal" exhibition that takes place at the Milan Fair complex, several areas of the city ar transformed by parallel events, known as the "fuori-salone" (off-fair events).
The Tortona St. zone, one of the most famous "fuori-salone" points, concentrates a great deal of buildings that for the occasion are transformed into exhibit stands and of ateliers and workshops that are opened for visitation; this image shows a very particular and curious one, called for the occasion "The Factory of Dreams", where one-of-a-kind metal objects are carefully handicrafted.

Detta är en översikt av Milan

Italy’s and perhaps the world’s capital of fashion and design, Milano is home to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, which is possibly the world’s oldest shopping mall. The city is currently undergoing an architectural renaissance, which will culminate in a new skyline for the Expo 2015, which will be hosted in Milano. Visitors can take advantage of an extensive public transportation system, which includes metro, buses, trolleys and trams.
