I learnt to do 360 spherical images for the computer graphics i create. I was able to create light probes from stiching bracketed images which allowed me to easily composite 3d objects into a scene.

Now it has evolved beyond that to an artform. I really like to try and find places that look beautiful once they are unfolded into the equilatteral format.
