This is the finest Palace in Avilés, according to certain art specialist. Built in the XVIIth century, it has two different facades, one facing the north and the sea, from where most evils use to come at the time -ie: pirates- and the other, the richest one, to the south. Alongside the palace this square hosts too the Ceramics Museum of Avilés.
