Cuevas de Mar, Nueva, Llanes

Cuevas de Mar ('Sea Caves') Beach Another curious little beach, full of little caves from which it has taken its name. Llanes'e cliffy coastline is full of small beaches that appear and disappear as the tides come up and down. Little islands or boulders -called 'castros' by the locals- may also be found. This is a green and lush landscape, more reminiscent of Britain or Ireland that the Spanish Mediterranean coastline.
