Jazz Cafe number 14 is that great combination of high school kids drinking banana juice (or beer), Locals, talkin' gossip over a liquid bread, and tourists, looking at their maps and not really sure exactly where they are. They do play jazz here once in a while, as well as being a great place in the afternoon for a quick refreshment.
