The corn place

Former stronghold in the county of Anjou, Scorbé back to the days of Roman rule, while Clairvaux from the substantial seigniory mentioned in charters from the eleventh century. It was in the eighteenth century that the two names were combined.

The corn (place du Champ de Foire): XIIIth century style, built in the eighteenth, built under Louis XV. They host the largest fairs in the region.
