Jeff has a strange courtyard. There's an old Transformer Station here, which was empty, locked up, and neglected for years. He had the wonderful idea to obtain it from his landlord and make a theater out of it. Le Cabaret Mimo has had a few performances here, as well as other performances and events. As The Electric Space cannot be accessed from the street, it is by invitation only. It is also available as a rehearsal space for theater groups.
