鼻頭服務區是東北角風景線第一個提供休憩、飲食的據點，內有餐飲區、停車場、涼亭、公廁等設施。另外這裡也有觀景平台，是觀浪的好地方，冬季巨浪滔天、夏季微波舒捲，各有不同的韻致。
