成都川菜博物馆位于郫县古城镇，占地约四十亩，投资近亿元、藏品数千件，是世界唯一以菜系文化为陈列内容的主题博物馆。

　　博物馆内分典藏馆、互动演示馆、品茗休闲馆、灶王祠、川菜原料加工工具展示区等。
　　该博物馆面积12000平方米，展出了从战国至现代的3000多件川菜饮食器皿，这些藏品在使用功能上可分为煮食器、盛食器、酒器、用餐器、茶具，从材质上可分为青铜、牙骨、陶、瓷、铁器、木、竹等。另外，藏品中还包括了与川菜有关的文字介绍和书籍、图稿等。
