傅家庄公园位于大连市中山区，这里有长550米的傅家庄海滨浴场，滩宽坡缓沙细，海水洁净，水清浪平，浴场服务设施齐全，是大连市四大海水浴场之一。傅家庄地处燕窝岭以西，白云山庄以东，面积40公顷。这一带山、海岛、礁、林诸景俱全，环境清幽秀丽。在离岸不远的海中，分布着东褡涟、西褡裢、二陀、老偏等数座小岛 .

景区东部为度假村和旅游服务中心。一排排特色建筑群散落在周围的群山之中，丰姿各具。
景区周围是大连市著名的海滨疗养基地，这里建有10余家疗养院。每年夏季有来自全国各地的数以万计的人到这里疗养。他们或入海弄潮，或漫步林间小道，各得其乐。
