都江堰仰天窝水闸位于都江堰市城区，是都江堰内江河上第一座调节分流的重要水利设施。水闸于1963年冬修建，共分6孔，蒲柏河干渠和走江河干渠各3孔，闸室每孔净宽9米，采用单轨电动行车移动启闭。1975年改为每孔一台电动卷扬机启闭。2002年冬按照水利部要求，对老化严重的闸房、启闭平台等进行改建，全部更新了闸门及启闭设备，并于2003年11月竣工。

改造后的仰天窝水闸横跨内江总干之上，与山水城市相呼应，总控内江，利益天府，誉为西蜀第一闸。
