海口五公祠,该祠又名“海南第一楼”，位于海口市海府路南端，这片木建筑群始建于明代万历年间，纪念的是唐宋两代被贬职，而来海南的五位名臣：李德裕、李纲、赵鼎、李光、胡铨。

祠内五公石雕栩栩如生，满面思绪。五公祠近旁有学圃堂、五公精舍、观稼堂、苏公祠、拱桥、荷池、风亭、琼园等，构成了一组古建筑群落。
