大樹區以生產鳳梨著稱，1920-1930年間成為全臺最主要的鳳梨罐頭加工業集中地，盛極一時。九曲堂泰芳商會鳳梨罐詰工場便於1925年創設，隨時代變遷及產業型態的轉變，許多鳳梨工廠紛紛關閉之際，工場曾多次用作他途，包括國軍汽車保修廠、陸軍九曲新村等，目前九曲堂一帶也僅存泰芳商會鳳梨罐詰工場被完整的保留下來。工場建築立面為連續磚砌圓拱構成，中央有水泥粉刷之拱心石，建築形式優美，保存狀況良好，2004年登錄為歷史建築。
