代天府原名「天判堂」，創建於民國22年（1933年），民國72年（1983年）改宮號為今名。該府位於基山社區公園旁，主祀三府王爺，分別為朱府、李府與池府王爺。入口是從汽車路客運站牌「天判堂」旁邊的「九份代天府」牌樓往內行走、扶著白色扶梯拾階而上即可抵達。門口有一小平台、保留有大樹，旁邊可看到基隆山，景色非常優美。
