青雲殿座落於基隆西側的山腳下，佔地面積約10公頃，相當壯觀。車輛行駛於汽車路上往基隆山望，非常顯眼。其所在位置是濱二路，由汽車路與豎崎路交叉路口旁的坑尾巷（有「濱二路」指示牌）向下走約1,100公尺即可抵達。
