旗后山，早期西方人曾称之Saracen's Head或Saracen Head，位于台湾高雄市旗津区北端、旗后市街旁，长约200米，高度约50米，与寿山相对，共扼高雄港第一港口，形势险要，山顶上建有旗后炮台与旗后灯塔。旗后得名应是旗津半岛地形宛如古时三角旗的后端,三角旗的中点为中洲.先有旗后的地名才有旗后山之名.
