La Promenade Best Western Premier Hotel in Anse Vata, Noumea is located on the site of General McArthur's World War II headquarters. The hotel is just across the street from the Anse Vata beach and all of the rooms have a large balcony overlooking the lagoon. This is the newest large hotel in New Caledonia and one wing of the shopping mall was just finishing construction when this photo was taken.
