位於北海岸的六塊厝漁港建於七十年，屬於第四級漁港，是一座極具人文景象的漁村。六塊厝周遭海岸包含了台灣各種不同的海岸地形，如沙岸、礫岸、岩礁海岸等，多變的地形也孕育了豐富多樣的潮間帶生物，而六塊厝漁港的興建不但有助於當地漁業，對觀光休閒的發展也相當有助益。
