劍潭古寺位於台灣台北市中山區北安路，為主祀觀音之佛教廟宇。該廟宇整建於台灣鄭氏王朝，本位於劍潭山附近。因為日治時期興建台灣神社及敕使街道等原因，於1937年遷移整建至現址。另外，該廟宇的組織型態為管理人制，祭典日期則是每年農曆之二月十九。 2000年代，劍潭古寺因為極具歷史保存價值，特由台北市政府宣佈為市定歷史建築。
