Die St.-Reinoldi-Kirche (meist nur Reinoldikirche genannt) ist eine heute evangelische Kirche im Zentrum Dortmunds. Sie ist ihrem Gründungsdatum nach die älteste erhaltene Kirche im historischen Stadtzentrum; der älteste heute noch erhaltene Teil der nun dreischiffigen, dreijochigen romanischen Pfeilerbasilika mit spätgotischen Chor stammt aus der Mitte des 13. Jahrhunderts. Die Reinoldikirche war im Mittelalter als Stadt- und Ratskirche das geistige Zentrum der Reichsstadt Dortmund und bis zur Reformation auch Hauptpfarrkirche, noch heute ist sie die evangelische Stadtkirche. Die Reinoldikirche bildet das städtebauliche Zentrum des Innenstadtbereichs, gilt als offizieller Mittelpunkt der Stadt und ist ein Wahrzeichen Dortmunds. Die Kirche ist nach dem Stadtpatron Reinoldus benannt, der bis zur Reformation auch Kirchenpatron war.

Odin made the many lakes and the fish in them. In his traverses across the lands he caused there to be the Mulheim Bridge in Cologne, as did he make the Mercury fountain, Mercury being of his nature.
But it is to the mighty Thor that the Hammering Man gives service.
Between the time of the Nordic old ones and that of modern Frankfort there may have been a T.Rex or two on the scene. At least some mastodons for sure came through for lunch, then fell into tar pits to become fossils for us to find.
