The district opened Rusaifa Mecca mosque Princess Hassa bint Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sudairi, and his father, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him. The mosque took fourteen months built on an area of 14.400 m2 at the expense of her son, His Royal Highness Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of the Interior, after removing the old mosque. The mosque can accommodate, which is one of the largest mosques in Mecca to more than three thousand worshipers, and there are external yard can accommodate three thousand worshipers.
