Rio Ozama from Casa de Colon in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Dominican Republic

Ozama river from Casa de Colon in summer at noon in Santo Domingo. The Christopher Columbus residence in Santo Domingo is one of the oldest objects of the Colonial World Heritage. This place is now a museum where tourists have headphones which explain in different languages the historical value of this place, the famous adventurer and his family that had inhabited that structure. The panorama is shot at the balcony on the second floor which has a nice view to the Ozama river. The latter ends its journey a kilometer further in the Caribbean sea. It is pretty hot at noon in June in Santo Domingo. I am going back inside. See you!
