For the development of the spa resort Bad Brückenau several mineral springs are responsible. The sources are located in the southwest of the Rhön. Their discovery coincided with the reign of Fürstabts Amandus von Buseck (1737-1757). About this time arose the first spa buildings: the three pavilion-style, two-storey houses with mansard roofs were built on both sides of the avenue. The panorama was made in the covered walk.
