Torr Vale footbridge
England
Footbridge over the River Goyt joining the older part of New Mills to New Mills Newtown, Derbyshire. The derelict Torr Vale Mill (cotton spinning) was originally water driven, then powered by steam. It was built in the 1780s. It ceased production in 2000 and became the world's longest-running continuous producer of cotton.
