Diocesan Cathedral San Francisco Xavier de Joinville
Two dome-shaped shell, 12 support columns, 20 stained glass windows that highlight the power of God and the teachings of the church. These are just some elements that make up the Diocesan Cathedral St. Francis Xavier de Joinville. In each square meter exposed wall or object inside the temple, meaning the love of Christ and the faith of its people. Even for non-Catholics, the architectural beauty made ​​this modernist work of the 1960/70 is worthy of admiration. Duas cúpulas no formato de concha, 12 colunas de sustentação, 20 vitrais que enaltecem o poder de Deus e os ensinamentos da igreja. Esses são apenas alguns elementos que compõem a Catedral Diocesana São Francisco Xavier de Joinville. Em cada metro quadrado, parede ou objeto exposto no interior do templo, um significado do amor a Cristo e da fé de seu povo. Mesmo para os não católicos, a beleza arquitetônica composta nessa obra modernista da década de 1960/70 é digna de admiração.
