Jagsthausen - In the courtyard of Goetzenburg Castle
Baden-Wuerttemberg

Jagsthausen and is especially known for its castle festival. Every year, the performances attract many visitors. The stately Götzenburg Castle, which was the birthplace of the famous knight "Götz von Berlichingen" in 1480, serves as a venue. The picturesque building of the present complex was built in the 15th and 16th centuries and emerged from an earlier moated castle. Overall, Jagsthausen has 3 castles in the municipality.
