Gotycki kościół farny św. Jakuba w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim (powiat Piotrków, gmina Piotrków, archidiecezja łódzka) pochodzi z przełomu XIV i XV wieku. Około roku 1674 dzięki Kazimierzowi Wielkiemu wzbogacił się o dwie kaplice barokowe po obu stronach nawy.
