Rockwood Park is enjoyed by hikers, walkers, joggers, skaters, swimmers, canoers, kayakers, golfers, bird-watchers, animal lovers, horseback riders, cross country skiers, berry pickers, dogs, geologist, and anyone that just enjoys the out doors.

Rockwood Park has a 10 fresh water lakes and over 26 km of trails.

This lookout is between Lily Lake and the stabels, just off the Trans Canada trai. You can see Lily Lake, the Pavillion, and the city of Saint John is the distance.
