Altıntaş, Zafertepe Çalköy beldesinde cami duvarının bitişiğinde yer almaktadır. Kesme taştan inşa edilmiş çeşmenin, dikdörtgen şeklinde niş oluşturan plasterleri bulunmaktadır. Üçgen alınlıklı, Marsilya kiremit kaplıdır. 1321 tarihi okunan kitabesi mevcuttur. Çeşme günümüzde kullanılmaktadır.
