St.Catarina park in the evening. The view was stunning so pardon the somewhat over the average processing this picture has gone through. It's as close as I could get to the actual view.

St. Catarina park is certainly one of my favorite places in Funchal. The view to the eastern part of the city sloping gently upwards in the warm evening sunlight is amazing.

Locals also took advantage of the beautiful evening, as a wedding party can be seen on the opposite side of the pond.
