Audi has been part of the Permanent Collection of the "Neuen Sammlung" at the Pinakothek der Moderne since September 2013 with a wall installation called "Audi design wall". Around 1,800 models of the legendary Urquattro form an “aluminum carpet” for the installation. Each of the models is made from a solid aluminum block.
