The Max Reid trail head starts at the Fremont Indian State Park and heads south to the Kimberly road.

The Fishlake National Forest and Fremont Indian State Park in conjunction with the NOHVCC, the Paiute Trail Committee and the Southern Utah OHV Club hereby dedicate this section of the Paiute Trail as the Max Reid Trail.
Max's dedication to public service, hard work, persistence, and commitment to a vision, has brought the Paiute Trail System to reality, It stands, not only as one of the finest trail systems in the nation, but as a successful model of cooperative OHV management.
