A corner on Worthing's sea front well known for its interesting views of the sea when the waves are high. The fairly recently renovated terrace, the water fountains however aren't working during the winter.

The Stade is the shingle beach used by the fisherman to launch and store there equipment on. The Net shops are used to store and dry the fishing gear and are based on the plots used in Victorian times.

The East Cliff Railway runs up the East Hill to the Country Park at the top, on the Stade are some of the Victorian Net Shops.

The start of Rock-A-Nore Road from the centre of the Old Town, to The West is the Pier and the newer areas, to the North the Old Town and to the East the Stade and fishing areas.
