Mahishamardini Cave Temple, Mamallapuram, India
India
The Mahishamardini Cave Temple locates at Mahabalipuram (India) and dates from the 7th-8th century AD. There are two carved reliefs, where one on the left representing a reclining Vishnu, and other on the right is the Goddess Durga, mounted on a lion and battling the buffalo-headed demon Mahishasura.
