Plant "Krasnodar ZIP" and Chistyakovskaya Grove (Pervomaisky Park) in Krasnodar.

The plant "Krasnodar ZIP" was founded in 1938 and worked until 2008. During the USSR, it was the largest instrument-making plant in Europe. in 1983, the plant employed 12,500 employees. After the liquidation of the plant, the territory is used for the construction of residential buildings and leasing to trading companies.
